Group Coaching

This style of coaching provides those closest to challenges an opportunity to collectively build the knowledge and skills necessary to design and implement equity centered efforts across a team/organization. Participants may include team managers, organizational committees/work groups, employee resource groups (ERGs), or any other group of individuals collaboratively leading operational or culture change.

Process Facilitation

Facilitation to support leaders with collective reflection, prioritization of challenges, development of actions, and resource planning to implement meaningful change.

Experiences include: team retreats and customized strategic action planning workshops.

Self Guided Learning

Online leadership courses for personal transformation, providing the opportunity to move at your own pace and within your own schedule, reflective content, and tangible resources.

About Me & My Work

With over a decade of experiences spanning direct service care to organizational development consulting and many worlds in between, some of the most pressing challenges and yet promising opportunities I have noted for teams and organizations dedicated to mission driven efforts include a need for: strong commitment, thoughtful and sustainable strategy, clear processes that facilitate equity and belonging, and meaningful knowledge and skill development. 

With this in mind, as the founder and lead consultant of C3 Consulting and Learning I support leaders with the reflection and learning that leads to personal and organizational change; ensuring those involved and impacted by implemented changes can identify roadblocks, align around solution oriented ideas, build skills, and clarify values in a way that leads to stronger teams and transformative outcomes. 

I am particularly passionate about health equity and racial justice and carry this commitment in all the work I lead. Looking forward to partnering with you!
